Abstract

Aislamiento, la purificacion y caracterizacion de una nueva hialuronidasa que deriva de la sanguijuela tropical Hirudinaria manillensis. Por lo tanto, deacuerdo con la presente la nueva enzima se llamo manilasa. Se relaciona además con el métodoreco mbinante de produccion de manilasa que incluye larevelacion de secuencias de ADN y de aminoácidos así como vectores de expresion y sistemas de hospedantes. Finalmente, el uso de la manilasa para finesterapéuticos, por ejemplo, para eltratamiento de enfermedades del miocardio, eventos tromboticos y tumores.
