Abstract

Se ha determinado una nueva secuencia de ácidos nucleicos codificadora de la oxalato de carboxilasa de Aspergillus phoenices (APOXD), así como lasecuencia de aminoácidos codificada por la misma. El gen y la proteína codificada por el mismo son de utilidad en la degradacion de oxalato, enensayos de diagnostico de oxalato y como un marcador de seleccion.
