Abstract
Un proceso para la produccion de aglomerados utilizando partículas de por lo menos un primer material y partículas de por lo menos un aglutinante solido,por lo menos uno de dicho primer material y dicho aglutinante solido, teniendo una cantidadpr eseleccionada del contenido amorfo convetible que es capaz deser convertido a forma cristalina con la exposicion a un estímulo preseleccionado, dicho contenido amorfo convertible siendo proporcionado en unacantidad que es suficientecom o para asegurar la formacion de aglomerados; caracterizado porque las partículas de dicho primer material y dichoaglutinante solido son aglomerados, mientras que se mantienen dicha cantidad preseleccionada de contenido amorfo convertiblea un a forma cristalina. Elproceso involucra la produccion de partículas de aglomerado individuales, y luego la conversion del contenido amorfo convertible de los mismos, siendo laaglomeracion, mediante la aplicacion de por ejemplo, humedad. Serefier e a un proceso para la produccion de aglomerados a partir de una droga, tal como uncorticoesteroide, un beta-antagonista, un anticolinérgico, un antagonista de leucotrieno y una proteína o péptido y un ligante solido tal como otra drogaoun sacá rido, tal como lactosa. Además se contemplan aglomerados capaces de conversion así como también los aglomerados terminados y los sistemas dedosificacion oral y nasal incluyendo los mismos. El proceso produceaglomerados que son ásperospero prod ucirán una fraccion de partícula fina aceptabledurante la dosificacion. También se describe un producto obtenido por dicho proceso.
