Abstract
Un procedimiento para la elaboracion de compuestos epoxidos que comprende las etapas de (a) reaccion de un compuesto (I), donde R1 representa unresiduo que comprende uno o más grupos fenol adicionales, con un compuesto (II) en presencia de uncompu esto polar, tal como una cetona o una mezcla de cetonacon un alcanol, que tiene de 1 a 6 átomos de carbono y en presencia de un compuesto alcalino tal como NaOH a una temperatura entre 30 y 100°C, paraformar un compuesto de la formula(III), do nde R2 representa un residuo que comprende uno o más grupos adicionales de la formula (IV); b)conversion delcompuesto de la formula (III) obtenido en la etapa a), en un compuesto de la formula (A) donde Hal representa cloro, bromo,o yodo, pre ferentemente cloro,donde Ra representa hidrogeno o un residuo que comprende uno o más grupos adicionales de la formula (A) por reaccion con haluro de hidrogeno gaseoso,en presencia de una cantidad catalítica de un ácido de laformula R5-COOH, donde R5 representa hidrogeno, un grupo alquilo que tiene de 1 a 10 átomos decarbono, opcionalmente substituido por uno o tres átomos de halogeno, o un grupo cicloalquilo que tiene de 5 a 6 átomos de carbono, en una forma lomásconcentrada o glacial posible; c) conversion de dicho compuesto de la formula (a) en un compuesto epoxido de la formula (V), donde R4 representa unresiduo que comprende uno o más grupos adicionales a una temperatura desde 10 hasta 120°C, enun solvente polar y en presencia de un compuesto básico;resinas epoxidas obtenidas mediante dicho procedimiento, y un procedimiento para la elaboracion de compuestos intermedios para la elaboracion decompuestos epoxidos.
