Abstract
Ariletersulfonamidas y análogos, que comprenden la formula general (I) R1-A-D-E-G-L-R2 en la cual R1 representa (C6-C10)arilo, quinolilo, isoquinoliloo un resto de la formula (II). A y E son iguales o distintos y representan un enlace o (C1-C4 )alquileno, D representa un átomo de oxígeno o un resto deformula -S(O)c- o -N(R9)-, donde c significa un numero 0, 1 o 2; R9 significa hidrogeno,(C1-C6)alquilo o (C1-C6)acilo,G representa(C6-C10)arilo unido por 2sitios o un heterocicloaromático d e 5 a 7 eslabones unidos por dos sitios con hasta 3 heteroátomos del grupo S, N y/u O que, dado el caso, están sustituidospor uno o varios sustituyentes iguales o distintos elegidos del grupo compuesto por: hidroxilo, trifluormetilo,caarboxilo, hal ogeno, (C1-C6)alquilo, hidroxi(C1-C6)alquilo, (C1-C6)alcoxi, (C1-C6)alcoxicarbonilo, así como grupos de formulas -CO-O-(CH2)d-NR10R11, NR12-SO2R13, (CH2)e-(CO)f-NR14R15 Y -OR16, Lrepresenta un resto de la formula -O-,-NH-(III)efectuándose la un ion de los restos a G por la izquierda;R2 representa (C6-C10)arilo o un heterociclo de 5 a7 eslabones saturado o aromático con hasta 3 heteroátomos del grupo S, N y/u O que, dado el caso, están sustituidos por uno ovarios sustituyentes iguales odistintos elegidos del grupo compuesto por: halogeno, trifluormetilo, nitro, amino y (C1-C6)alquilo, o representa el resto de formula (IV) o morfolino, orepresenta (C3-C8)cicloalquilo, o representa (C1-C12)alquilo,(C2-C12) alquenilo o ( C2-C12)alquinilo que, dado el caso, están sustituidos por uno ovarios sustituyentes iguales o distintos elegidos del grupo compuesto por halogeno, trifluormetilo, hidroxilo, ciano, azido, (C1-C6)alcoxi, (C1-C6)perfluoralcoxi, (C1-C6)alcoxi parc ialmente fluorado, un resto de formula (V) y sus sales donde los sustituyentes no incluídos aquí se encuentran descriptos en
