Abstract

Un aparato portátil para evaluar la calidad de la carne que comprende: un instrumento que se sostiene en la mano que comprende un cuerpo principal quetiene en un extremo, una sonda hueca para carne para penetrar en la carne, una fibra opticaqu e se extiende por el cuerpo principal y termina en una ventanaen un extremo distante de la sonda. El cuerpo principal tiene un dispositivo de sonda detectora de posicion para detectar la posicion a medida que la sondaingresa y sale de la carne.Una m ochila de transporte adaptada para su montaje en el operador. La mochila comprende una unidad de fluorimetría que tiene unafuente de radiacion ultravioleta, una fuente de energía y una unidad microcontroladora/procesadora. Undispositivo de comunicaciones interactivasdel usuario está en el cuerpo principal y un cable interconecta el cuerpo principal y la mochila de transporte. El cable transmite datos electronicosentre el dispositivo de comunicacion interactiva yla unidad micr ocontroladora /procesadora y la salida de radiacion ultravioleta y la entrada de luzfluorescente entre la ventana de la sonda y la unidad de fluorimetría.
