Abstract
Involucra un proceso continuo para la produccion de gránulos detergentes aglomerados, formado por las siguientes etapas: a) moler el carbonato que seselecciona del carbonato de sodio, de potasio y las mezclas que de allí se obtienen, para obtener un carbonato fresco molido en partículas cuyo tamanode partícula promedio es de aproximadamente 2 a 50 micrones; b) preparar una mezcla en una mezcladora de alta velocidad que consiste en alimentar dichomezclador con materias primas compuestas esencialmente por las siguientes: 1) de aproximadamente 10% a 25% de alquilbenceno ácido sulfonico; 2) deaproximadamente 25% a 60% del carbonato fresco molido en partículas. La cantidad de carbonato es de alrededor de 10 veces la cantidadteoricamentenecesaria para neutralizar el alquilbenceno sulfonico; 3) de aproximadamente 5% a 40% de un mejorador de fosfato que se selecciona de polifosfatos,pirofosfatos y las mezclas que se obtienen de ellos; 4) de aproximadamente 5% a 50% deun sulfato de sodio; 5) de 0% a 10% aproximadamente de otrossurfactantes; 6) de 0% a 9% aproximadamente de agua (incluyendo el agua de las materias primas) y 7) de 0% a 10% aproximadamente de otras materias; c)aglomerar la mezcla de la etapa (a) enuna mezcladora de velocidad moderada, donde el carbonato neutraliza el alquilbenceno ácido sulfonico y se producenlos gránulos detergentes aglomerados y donde los gránulos producidos no contienen agentes de fluencia seleccionados de sílices, arcillas, tierradiatomatosa, aluminosilicatos, perlita, calcita y las mezclas que se obtienen de ellos.
