Abstract

Comprende una unidad base (2) y una tapa obturadora (3) que sirve al mismo tiempo como medio abridor, con una brida que circunda la superficie de aperturadel elemento vertedor (1), estando firmemente vinculado a un envase de material compuesto (P)co n pared superior plana y comprendiendo la tapa obturadora (3)munones laterales de cojinete (4) que están alojados en respectivos recesos (5) previstos en la unidad base (2); lográndose una vinculacion segura entre launidad base (2) y la tapaobturado ra (3) y una funcion confiable de apertura/cierre del envase con pared superior plana por el hecho que los recesos (5) estándispuestos en la unidad base (2) por el lado del envase de manera que la tapa obturadora (3) puede ser insertada enforma tra bada por el lado del envase enlos recesos (5) que alojan a dichos munones de cojinete (4) en la unid base (2). El envase para ser usado con este elemento vertedor es de material compuestocon pared superior plana, en el cual el materialcompuesto comp rende al menos una lámina de soporte fabricada de papel o carton y por ambas caras una lámina deplástico fabricada de polietileno, estando prevista una superficie de abertura en la pared superior plana del envase, la cual después deser penetrada def ineuna abertura vertedora, para ser usada con el elemento vertedor obturable nuevamente.
