Abstract
Derivados de 2-ariletil-(piperidin-4-ilmetil)amina, que comprenden un compuesto de formula I en donde R1 es cada uno, independientemte, hidrogeno, alquilo,alquiloxilo, halogeno, haloalquilo, o amino; R2 es cada uno, independientemente: (1) alquilo,( 2) alquiloxilo, (3) halogeno, (4) haloalquilo, (5) nitro, (6)heterociclilo, opcionalmente sustituido con oxo, (7) -O(CH2)pX, en donde p es 0-6 y X se selecciona, independientemente, entre haloalquilo o arilo (8) -NR7R8,(9) -NR6COR9, (10)-NR6CONR7R8, (11) -NR6CSR9, (12) -NR6CSNR7R8,(13) -NR6SO2R9, (14) -NR6SO2NR7R8, (15) -SR9, (16= -SOR9, (17) -SO2R9, (18) -SO2NR7R8; o R1 y Rtomados juntamente con el anillo al cual están unidos forman un anillo monocíclico de 5 o 6 miembros,saturado o insaturad o, que contiene opcionalmente 0, 1 o2 heteroátomos seleccionados, independientemente entre sí, entre nitrogeno, oxígeno o azufre.
