Abstract

Esta invencion se refiere a compuestos que son en general antagonistas de los receptores muscarinicos M2/M3 y que estan representados por la formula (1) en donde uno de X, Y o Z es independientemente -S-, -O- o >N-R4, los otros son -CH2-; (p) es un numero entero de 0 a 3 inclusive; m es un numero entero de 0 a 3 inclusive; n es un numero entero de 1 a 6 inclusive; R3 es alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C1-6, alquinilo o cicloalquilo C1-6; y R1, R2 y R3 son hidrogeno o los sustituyentes especificados. Estos compuestos son utiles para el tratamiento de enfermedades asociadas con trastornos del musculo liso.
