Abstract
Se presentan nuevos compuestos antitumorales y antivirales análogos a distamicina A de fórmula (I), donde n es 2, 3 ó 4; uno de R y R1 es hidrógeno,alquilo C1-C4, CF3 o alcoxi C1-C4 y la otra es independientemente CF3, alquilo C1-C4 o alcoxi C1-C4; y X es halógeno;y sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables.Además, la presente invención se refiere a un proceso de preparación de dichos compuestos; a una composición farmacéutica y un producto que lo contiene y ausos de dichos compuestos.New antitumor and antiviral compounds analogous to distamycin A of formula (I) are presented, where n is 2, 3 or 4; one of R and R1 is hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl, CF3 or C1-C4 alkoxy and the other is independently CF3, C1-C4 alkyl or C1-C4 alkoxy; and X is halogen, and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a process for the preparation of said compounds; to a pharmaceutical composition and a product that contains it and uses of said compounds.
