Abstract

Se propone un procedimiento y una mezcla pulverulenta para formar una masa refractaria de reparación, en particular sobre una superficie que contienealúmina que será expuesta a servicio pesado, el cual emplea una mezcla pulverulenta quecom prende alúmina y, en peso, al menos 5% de un combustiblemetálico que tiene al menos 30% de aluminio y 3 a 10% de un agente reductor de capacidad de absorción. Para hacer la reparación se usa una técnica desoldadura cerámica, en la cual lamezcla pulverulenta es proyectada en una corriente de gas de oxígeno contra la superficie a reparar de manera que lareacción entre las partículas combustibles y el oxígeno tenga lugar sobre la superficie, desprendiendo el calor de reacciónhacia la superficie, para formarla masa de reparación.
