Abstract

Procedimiento para formar una masa refractaria de reparacion, en particular sobre una superficie que contiene alumina que será expuesta a servicio pesado, el cual emplea una mezcla pulverulenta que comprende alumina y, en peso, al menos 5% de un combustible metálico que tiene al menos 30% de aluminio y 3 a 10% de un agente reductor de capacidad de absorcion. Además se usa una técnica de soldadura cerámica, en la cual la mezcla pulverulenta es proyectada en una corriente de gas de oxígeno contra la superficie a reparar de manera que la reaccion entre las partículas combustibles y el oxígeno tenga lugar sobre la superficie, desprendiendo el calor de reaccion hacia la superficie, para formar la masa de reparacion.
