Abstract
Una válvula de solenoide tridireccional de tres posiciones para un sistema de frenos antibloqueo con un estructura articulada. La válvula de solenoideincluye un alojamiento cilíndrico y dos tapas herméticamente acopladas a ambos extremos del alojamiento. El alojamiento y dos tapas definen una cámara internaque está particionada en una primera y segunda cámara por una barrera, y los orificios primero a tercero se comunican con la primera cámara. La segundacámara contiene un inducido, un conjunto de solenoide y un núcleo, y el inducido está fijado a una varilla de empuje que se extiende hacia el interiorde la primera cámara a través de un agujero. Un extremo de la varilla de empuje en la primera cámara calza con un deslizador debola dentro del cual se incluyeuna bola, interponiéndose un primer resorte. Un segundo resorte se interpone entre la tapa que define la primera cámara y un extremo del deslizador de bola.Se forma un escalón sobre la pared externa del deslizador debola. Una palanca de válvula se extiende en forma substancialmente paralela con el deslizadorde bola para ser enganchado con el escalón. Se fija un carrete a un extremo de la palanca de válvula en paralelo con la palanca de válvula. La palanca deválvula se conecta a una varilla de sostén con un perno para hacer oscilar ambos extremos de la palanca de válvula, y la varilla de sostén se fija a latapa. Se dispone un tercer resorte entre la palanca de válvula y la tapa para quedar en formacoaxial con el deslizador de bola.
