Abstract
Se describen aquí composiciones farmacéuticas que incluyen compuestos de la formula general (II), un estereoisomero, solvato o sal farmacéuticamenteaceptable del mismo, donde: R1 es H, halo, arilo o arilo sustituido con uno o dos grupos independientemente seleccionados entre halo, alquilo C1-4, alcoxiC1-4, nitro, trifluorometilo, trifluorometoxi o ciano; R5 es alquilo C4-9, fenilo o fenilo substituido con uno o dos grupos seleccionadosindependientemente entre OH, ciano, halo, alcoxi C1-4, alquilo C1-4, trifluorometilo, trifluorometoxi, nitro o fenilo, naftilo, fenilo fusionadoa un heterociclo de 5 o 6 miembros, el resto de cumarina (formula(III), donde R3 y R4 son independientemente seleccionados entre H, alquilo C1-4y alcoxiC1-4, o 1,2-metilendioxifenilo. Incluye nuevos compuestos con la condicion de que R5 no sea fenilo o 3,4-dimetoxifenilo cuando R1 es H. También se describesu uso para la preparacion de productos farmacéuticos para tratar indicaciones en la cuales está implicado el receptor D4, tales como la esquizofrenia y laansiedad y el procedimiento de preparacion de los nuevos compuestos.
