Abstract
El derivado tiene la formula general (I) donde: R1 un grupo que puede convertirse en un grupo amidino in vivo; R2 y R3: iguales o diferentes, y cadauno representa un grupo carboxilo o un grupo que puede convertirse en un grupo carboxilo inviv o; X1 y X2: iguales o diferentes y cada uno representa un grupoalquileno inferior; m: 0,1 o 2; n: 0, o 1 siempre que n=1 cuando m=0. Tienen actividad antagonista del receptor de GPIIb/IIIa.
