Abstract
Se refiere a un procedimiento para producir un polímero en un recipiente de reacción de lecho fluidizado de gas con una zona de polimerización quecontiene un lecho de partículas poliméricas en desarrollo bajo condiciones de polimerización queco mprende: (i) introducir en forma continua o intermitenteuno o más monómeros, opcionalmente al menos un dieno, opcionalmente al menos un material particulado inerte, y opcionalmente uno o más gases inertes en lazona de polimerización; (ii)introducir en forma continua o intermitente en el recipiente de reacción un catalizador de polimerización no soportado enforma líquida sin entrar en contacto inmediato con el lecho de partículas poliméricas en aumento de modo de proveeruna zona pobre en partículas; (iii)retirar en forma continua o intermitente el producto polimérico del recipiente de reacción; y (iv) retirar en forma continua monómeros y gases de dichapolimerización y opcionalmente comprimir y enfriar dichosgases a la vez que se mantiene la temperatura dentro de la zona de polimerización por debajo delpunto de condensación de al menos un monómero presente en la zona de polimerización. Específicamente mediante dicho procedimiento se proveeunazona pobre en pa rtículas de resina de forma que el tamano promedio de partículas de la resina producida está comprendido entre 0,01 y 0,06aproximadamente.
