Abstract

Una mezcla de alta resistencia temprana para cemento hidráulico premoldeado comprende una sal de calcio y un copolímero que tiene unesqueleto que contiene carbono al cual está unidos miembros de fijación de cemento, tal como gruposc arboxilo y al cual están unidos también gruposoxialquileno pendientes mediante enlaces seleccionados del grupo que consiste en miembros amida e imida. Los copolímeros usados están formadospreferiblemente mediante la reacción de un polímeroacrílico con amoníaco o una amina alcoxilada. La sal de calcio, preferiblemente nitrito de calcio, y elcopolímero pueden agregarse simultáneamente en forma de una mezcla, o por separado. Se refiere también a métodos para mejorar la altaresistenciatemp rana en concreto, cemento, mampostería y mezclas de mortero en general, y concreto pre-moldeado en particular, y también pertenece a las mezclashidráulicas que contienen la sal de calcio y el copolímero.
