Abstract
Nye forbindelser av formel (I) hvor A representerer en benzoring; en 6-leddet heterocyklisk aromatisk ring inne- holdende 1-3 nitrogenatomer; eller en 5-leddet heterocyklisk aromatisk ring inneholdene 1-3 heteroatomer som kan være like eller forskjellige og er valgt fra O, N og S; og R1, R2 og R3 og X er som definert i beskrivelsen og farmasøytisk akseptable salter derav og enantiomerer og tautomerer derav; samt fremgangsmåter for deres fremstilling, preparater inneholdende forbindelsene og deres anvendelse i terapi. Forbindelsene er inhibitorer av nitrogenoksydsyntase og er således særlig nyttige i behandling og profylakse av inflammatorisk sykdom og smerte.
