Abstract
Nye forbindelser av formel (I), (I) hvor A representerer en 5-leddet heterocyklisk aromatisk ring inneholdende 1-3 heteroatomer som kan være like eller forskjellige og er valgt fra O, N og S; eller en 6- leddet heterocyklisk aromatisk ring inneholdende 1-3 nitrogenatomer; og R1, R2, R3 og R4 er som definert heri og farmasøytisk akseptable salter derav og enantiomerer og tautomerer derav; samt fremgangsmåter for deres fremstilling, preparater inneholdende disse forbindelsene og deres anvendelse i terapi. Forbindelsene er inhibitorer av nitrogenoksydsyntase og er dermed spesielt nyttige i behandlingen eller profylaksen av inflammatorisk sykdom og smerte.
