Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår hovedsakelig fotokjemisk tverrbundne polysakkaridderivater som ikke inneholder fotopolymeriserbare funksjonelle grupper forut for tverrbinding, og som kan bli anvendt som bærematerialer for kromatografisk separasjon av enantiomerer. Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår fotokjemisk tverrbundne polysakkaridderivater der OH- gruppene som OR-grupper har blitt forestret eller omdannet til karbamat (uretan) eller blandinger derav, med det forbehold at OR-gruppene ikke inneholder polymeriserbare dobbeltbindinger forut for tverrbinding. De fotokjemisk tverrbundne polysakkaridene ifølge oppfinnelsen i kondisjonert form kan også bli anvendt som rene polymerer for kromatografisk separasjon av enantiomerer.
