Abstract
Diaryldikarboksylsyre-diguanidider med formel I (I) hvor en av restene R(l), R(2), R(3), R(4) og R(5) står for -CO-N = C(NH2)2i de alltid andre restene R(l) og R(5) kan bl.a. uavhengig av hverandre, står for hydrogen, alkyl med 1, 2, 3 eller 4 C-atomer, F, Cl, -OR(32), -NR(33)R(34) eller CF3; de andre restene R(2) og R(4) kan bl.a. stå uavhengig av hverandre for F, Cl, Br, I, OH, -CN, CF3, -CO-N = C(NH2)2, alkyl med 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 eller 8 C-atomer, alkenyl med 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 eller 8 C-atomer eller -(CH2)mR(14); resten R(3) kan bl.a. stå for hydrogen, -SR(25), -OR(25), -NR(25)R(26), R(25)R(26)R(27); en av restene en av restene R(6), R(7), R(8), R(9) og R(10) står for -CO-N = C(NH2)2, mens de andre restene R(6) og R(10) uavhengig står for hydrogen, alkyl med 1, 2, 3 eller 4 C-atomer, F, Cl, -OR(133), - NR(133)R(134) eller CF3; de andre restene R(7) og R(9) står uavhengig av hverandre for hydrogen. F, Cl, Br, I, OH, -CN, CF3, -CO-N = C(NH2)2, alkyl med 1, 2, 3,4, 5, 6, 7 eller 8 C-atomer, alkenyl med 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, eller 8 C-atomer eller -(CH2)mml^(l 1^); resten R(8) kan bl.a. stå for hydrogen, -SR(125), -OR(125), -NR(125)R(126) eller -CR(125)R(126)R(127); og A er fraværende -NR(11)-C0-, -NR(12)-CO-NR(13), -NR( 17)-C0-NR( 18)-S02-, -NR( 19)-S02-, -S02-Nr( 19)-S02-, -S02-NR( 19)-C0-, -0-CO-NR(19)-S02- eller -CR(20) = CR(21)-; såvel som deres fannasoytisk akseptable salter, er egnet som antiarrytmiske legemidler med kardioproteklive komponenter for infarktprofylakse og infarktbehandling såvel som for behandling av angina pectoris. De hemmer også preventivt de patofysiologiske prosessene ved dannelsen av ischemlsk induserte skader, spesielt ved utløsning uv ischemlsk indusert hjertearrytmier. Det blir dessuten beskrevet fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av disse forbindelsene, deres anvendelse som medikament samt medikamenter inneholdende forbindelsene.Diaryldicarboxylic acid diguanidides of formula I (I) wherein one of the residues R (1), R (2), R (3), R (4) and R (5) stands for -CO-N = C (NH 2) 2 in the always other residues R (1) and R (5) can i.a. independently, represents hydrogen, alkyl of 1, 2, 3 or 4 C atoms, F, Cl, -OR (32), -NR (33) R (34) or CF3; the other residues R (2) and R (4) can i.a. stand independently of F, Cl, Br, I, OH, -CN, CF3, -CO-N = C (NH2) 2, alkyl of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 C- atoms, alkenyl having 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 C atoms or - (CH 2) m R (14); the residue R (3) stand for hydrogen, -SR (25), -OR (25), -NR (25) R (26), R (25) R (26) R (27); one of the residues one of the residues R (6), R (7), R (8), R (9) and R (10) stands for -CO-N = C (NH 2) 2, while the other residues R (6) ) and R (10) independently represent hydrogen, alkyl of 1, 2, 3 or 4 C atoms, F, Cl, -OR (133), - NR (133) R (134) or CF3; the other residues R (7) and R (9) are independently hydrogen. F, Cl, Br, I, OH, -CN, CF3, -CO-N = C (NH2) 2, alkyl of 1, 2, 3,4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 C atoms, alkenyl of 2 , 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 C atoms or - (CH 2) mm 11 (11); the residue R (8) stand for hydrogen, -SR (125), -OR (125), -NR (125) R (126) or -CR (125) R (126) R (127); and A is absent -NR (11) -CO-, -NR (12) -CO-NR (13), -NR (17) -CO-NR (18) -SO2-, -NR (19) -SO2- , -SO2-NR (19) -SO2-, -SO2-NR (19) -CO-, -O-CO-NR (19) -SO2- or -CR (20) = CR (21) -; as well as their phanasoytically acceptable salts, are suitable as antiarrhythmic drugs with cardioprotective components for infarct prophylaxis and infarction treatment as well as for the treatment of angina pectoris. They also preventively inhibit the pathophysiological processes in the formation of ischemically induced lesions, especially in the onset of ischemic induced cardiac arrhythmias. In addition, there are described processes for the preparation of these compounds, their use as medicaments, and medicaments containing the compounds.
