Abstract
Det er beskrevet benzendlkarboksylsyre-diguanidider med formel (I) hvor en av restene R(l), R(2). R(3) og R(4) betyr -C0-N-C(NH2)2; og de andre restene R(l), R(2), R(3) og R(4) kan ha forskjellige betydninger og f.eks. kan R(l) bety hydrogen eller alkyl med 1, 2, 3 eller 4 C-atomer, R(2) og R(4) kan uavhengig av hverandre f.eks. bety hydrogen, OH, CF3, alkyl med 1, 2, 3 eller 4 C-atomer, R(3) kan f.eks. bety hydrogen eller -OH, R(5) kan f.eks. bety alkyl med 1, 2, 3 eller 4 C-atomer, F, Cl eller CF3. Disse forbindelsene er verdifulle antlarytmlske legemidler med kardlobeskyttende komponenter, også for forebyggelse av ischemisk induserte skader, spesielt ved utløsningen av ischemisk induserte hjertearytmier. De anvendes på grunn av inhiberingen av den cellulære Na+/H+-utveksler-n)ekanisroen for behandling av akutte og kroniske, ved ischemi utløste skader. Videre utmerket de seg ved sterkt inhiberende virkning på proliferasjonen av celler. De er egnede for å forebygge genesen ved høyt blodtrykk.There are disclosed benzene / carboxylic acid diguanidides of formula (I) wherein one of the residues R (1), R (2). R (3) and R (4) represent -CO-N-C (NH 2) 2; and the other residues R (1), R (2), R (3) and R (4) may have different meanings and e.g. for example, R (1) may be hydrogen or alkyl of 1, 2, 3 or 4 C atoms; R (2) and R (4) may independently e.g. means hydrogen, OH, CF3, alkyl of 1, 2, 3 or 4 C atoms, R (3) may e.g. means hydrogen or -OH, R (5) may e.g. means alkyl having 1, 2, 3 or 4 C atoms, F, Cl or CF3. These compounds are valuable antiarrhythmic drugs with cardioprotective components, also for the prevention of ischemic induced damage, especially in the triggering of ischemically induced cardiac arrhythmias. They are used because of the inhibition of the cellular Na + / H + exchanger (n) ekanisroen for the treatment of acute and chronic ischemia-induced injuries. Furthermore, they distinguished themselves by strongly inhibitory effect on cell proliferation. They are suitable for preventing the gene at high blood pressure.
