Slike forbindelser kan anvendes ved behandling og fore- byggelse av mage-tarm-forstyrrelser, smerte og angst- forstyrrelser.The present invention relates to novel substituted hexahydroazepinones and tetrahydrobenzazepinones of formula (I) and (II) wherein R1, zl Y1 and Y2 are as defined, and novel intermediates used in the synthesis of such compounds. Such compounds can be used in the treatment and prevention of gastrointestinal disorders, pain and anxiety disorders.
