Abstract
3-(kinolin-6-yl-metyl)-4H-imidazol-4-on-derivater med formelen (I) hvor R1 er en rettkjedet eller forgrenet (C2-CS)alkylgruppe, R2 eller R3 er, uavhengig av hverandre, enten et hydrogenatom eller en rettkjedet eller forgrenet (C^-Cj)alkylgruppe eller en (CH2)n-arylgruppe hvor n = O til 3, eller R2 og R3 kan sammen med imidazolringen danne en spirocyklo(C3-C8)alkyl- gruppe, såvel som deres addisjonssalter med farmasøytisk tålbare syrer og baser. Derivatene har terapautisk anvendelse.
