Abstract
En etangjenvinnings-prosess som benytter multiple tilbakestrømningsstrømmer er tilveiebrakt. Mategass (20) blir kjølt, delvis kondensert og delt i en første væskestrøm (52) og en første dampstrøm (54). Den første væskestrømmen blir utvidet og sendt til en metanfjerner (70). Den første dampstrømmen blir delt i en første og andre separatordampstrøm. Den første separator-dampstrømmen (56) blir utvidet og sendt til en metanfjerner (70). Den andre separator-dampstrømmen (54b') blir delvis kondensert og blir delt i en tilbakestrømningsseparatorvæskestrøm (60), som blir sendt til metanfjerneren (70), og en tilbakestrømningsseparatordampstrøm (66"), som blir kondensert og sendt til metanfjerneren (70). Metanfjerneren (70) produserer en tårn-bunnstrøm (77) inneholdende en hovedsakelig del etan og tyngre komponenter, og en tårn-toppstrøm (78) inneholdende en hovedsakelig mengde gjenværende lettere komponenter og, danner rest-gasstrøm. En del av restgasstrømmen (122) blir kjølt, kondensert og sendt til metanfjerner-tårnet som en topp-tilbakestrømningsstrøm.
