Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår l-[(indol-3-yl)karbonyl]piperazin-derivater i henhold til den. generelle formel I. hvor R representerer 1-4 substituenter uavhengig valgt fra H, (C_)alkyl (eventuelt substituert med halogen), (C_)alkyloksy (eventuelt substituert med halogen), halogen, OH, NH, CN og N0; Ri er (C-)cykloalkyl eller (C.)cykloalkenyl; Rer H, metyl eller etyl; R, R3' R4, R4', R5, R5' og R6' er uavhengig av hverandre hydrogen eller (d_)alkyl, eventuelt substituert med (C_)alkyloksy, halogen eller OH; Rs er hydrogen eller (C_)alkyl, eventuelt substituert med (C_) alkyloksy, halogen eller OH; eller R; danner sammen med R, en 4-7-leddet, mettet, heterocyklisk ring som eventuelt inneholder ytterligere et heteroatom valgt fra O og S; R? danner sammen med R, en 4-7 leddet, mettet, heterocyklisk ring som eventuelt inneholder ytterligere et heteroatom valgt fra O og S; eller Rer H, (C_)alkyl eller (C_)cykloalkyl, hvor alkylgruppene eventuelt er substituert med OH, halogen eller (C_)alkyloksy; eller et farmasøytisk akseptabelt salt derav. Oppfinnelsen angår også farmasøytiske preparater som omfatter nevnte l-[(indol-3yl)karbonyl]piperazin-derivater, samt anvendelse av disse derivatene ved behandling av smerte, så som perioperativ smerte, kronisk smerte, nevropatisk smerte, kreftsmerte og smerte og spastisitet relatert til multippel sklerose.
