Description
Hurtigkopling, særlig for tilkopling av en
gravemaskinskuffe til en gravearm.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en hurtigkopling og er spesielt beregnet for hurtig å kunne tilkople en gravemaskinskuffe til en gravearm av den art der det tilnærmet parallelt med gravearmen forløper en aksialt bevegbar stang, f.eks. stempelstangen til en hydraulisk sylinder som skal bevirke en svingning av skuffen.
Normalt er en gravemaskinskuffe utstyrt med "ører hvortil gravearm og den aksialt bevegbare stang tilkoples skuffen ved hjelp av bolter. Dette er en sikker og robust konstruksjon. Imidlertid kan det ved slikt graveutstyr ofte være ønskelig å montere skuffen med åpningen rettet motsatt vei, det vil si forandre gravemaskinen fra en forgraver til en bakgraver eller omvendt. På det tidligere kjente utstyr må da boltene som sammenbinder skuffens"ører med gravearm og den aksialt forskyvbare stang tas ut. Deretter kan gravearm og stang fjernes fra skuffen og denne dreies l80° i forhold til gravemaskinen.
Deretter settes arm og stang på plass og boltene skyves inn og låses. Denne måte å snu skuffen på er temmelig tidskrevende og kan ved enkelte arbeider der det er bruk for hyppig å kunne skifte fra for-til bakgraver, gi seg kraftig utslag i arbeidsomkostningene.
Ved en tidligere kjent konstruksjon er den aksialt forskyvbare stang forsynt med et sviveledd ved den ende som er forbundet
er
med skuffen. Denne ende forbundet med skuffen omtrent midt på skuffens ene side, og begge de hosliggende hjørner er forsynt med hull for tilkopling til gravearmen. I dette tilfelle er det for omskifting til ny graveretning nok å slå løs bolten for gravearmen og dreie skuffen l80° og feste gravearmen i det andre hull. Ved denne konstruksjon sparer man halve arbeidet ved skifting til ny graveretning. Imidlertid må allikevel gravemaskinkjøreren ned å slå ut den ene bolten, og man få i tillegg til dette en mere komplisert konstruksjon.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse tar sikte på å fremskaffe en hurtigkopling som-muliggjør en meget rask tilkopling av en grave-maskinskuff e til en gravearm og som således vil sette ned arbeidsomkostningene ved slike arbeider der det kreves hyppig skifting fra for- til bakgraver.
Hurtigkoplingen ifølge oppfinnelsen er karakterisert ved to i forhold til hverandre sammenhengslede låsearmer på hvilke det --er anordnet utad rettede haker, hvilke armer er dreibart opphengt i gravearmens og den aksialt forskyvbare stangs ytterende på en slik måte at hakene kan beveges fra hverandre ved en aksial bevegelse av gravearm og/eller stang, for låsing av hakene under kantene i en åpning i skuffen.
Ved en foretrukket utførelsesform er den ene låsearms ender leddbart forbundet med gravearmens og den aksialt forskyvbare stangs ytterender og den andre låsearm er leddbart forbundet med- den første låsearm. •
Ved en annen utførelsesform er de to låsearmer omtrent ved midten leddbart forbundet med hverandre til en saks og gravearmen og den aksialt forskyvbare stang er leddbart forbundet med hver sin arm og den frie ende av saksarmene er tildannet til utad åpne haker. De to låsearmene kan fastgjøres til hverandre i den stilling der hakene ligger i låsestilling i skuffens åpning. En hensiktsmessig låsing av låsearmen i forhold til hverandre er ved hjelp av en løs-tagbar bolt som skyves inn i hull<*>i låsearmene, hvilke hull korres-ponderer med hverandre i koplingens låsestilling i skuffen. ;Foruten at det ved hjelp av konstruksjonen ifølge oppfinnelsen blir lettere å skifte skuffens graveretning, så vil man på samme enkle måte kunne skifte fra en skuffetype^ til en annen. Ved enkelte arbeider kan det være aktuelt, relativt ofte å skifte skuffe-type, f.eks. fra en bred masseskuffe til en noe smalere graveskuffe. ;Oppfinnelsen skal i det følgende forklares nærmere ved hjelp av tegningen som viser to forskjellige utførelsesformer for oppfinnelsen. ;Fig. 1 viser i perspektiv hurtigkoplingen idet den er på vei inn i åpningen i gravemaskinskuffen. Det samme er vist i fig. 2, men her sett rett fra siden. ;I fig. 3 er hurtigkoplingen på plass i skuffen. ;Fig. 4 viser en annen utførelsesform for hurtigkoplingen ;idet den føres inn i skuffens åpning. ;I det første eksempel (fig. 1,2 og 3) er gravearmen 1 og én aksialet forskyvbar stang 2 ved sine ender leddbart forbundet med endene av en første låsearm 3* Denne låsearm har en hake 4 hvis
åpning vender mot gravearmen 1. Til armen 3 er det leddbart forbundet ved punktet 5 en annen låsearm 6 med hake 7- Denne hakes åpning vender mot den aksialt forskyvbare stang 2. Armen 3 er mellom sine oppheng-ningspunkter i gravearm og stang forsynt med et hull 8 som i koplingens låsestilling (fig. 3) stemmer overens med et hull 9 i den annen
arm 6. I Senne stilling kan armene 3 og 6 låses til hverandre ved
hjelp av en bolt eller pinne 10, som for lettvint å kunne trekkes ut og inn ér forsynt med et håndtak 11. Armenes 3 og 6 utad åpne haker 4 og 7 samvirker med en åpning 12 i skuffens 13 øvre del. Denne åpning
12 begrenses langs to motstående kanter av partier 14 og 15 hvis form
stemmer overens med hakenes 4°g 7 åpninger. Disse partiene som på
to motstående kanter begrenser åpningen 12 i skuffen 13 bør ha en avrundet form og utgjøres i eksemplet av rør.
I fig. 4 er det vist en annen utførelsesform for!<k>o<p>lingen, idet to armer 16 og 17 er omtrent vei midten sammenleddet til en saks hvis to'øvre armpar er leddbart forbundet til gravearmen 1 og den aksialt bevegbare stang 2. De nedre frie endene på armene 16 og 17 er tildanjiet til haker med utad vendende åpninger. Koplingen føres
inn i skuffeås åpning slik at hakene hviler mot kantene 14 og 15 og ved å føre gravearm 1 og stang 2 ytterligere nedover Vil hakene

presses utover og gå i inngrep med kantene 14 og 15 når armene 16 og 17 er parallelle slik at det kan skyves inn en bolt i åpningene 18 og 19.
For å få mulighet for større svingning av skuffen med en be-stemt forlengelse av staget 2, så kan låsearmen 6 være forsynt med et ekstra hull 20, slik at staget 2 kan hengsles i hullet 8 og hullet 20 låses sammen med hullene i enden av arnen 3 i innretningens låsestill-r ing med skuffen. Dermed forkortes avstanden mellom opphengningspunkt-
et for gravearmen 1 og det forlengbare stag og den nevnte virkning opp-nås.
På grunn av de spesielle forhold som en graveskuffe utsettes
for vil det oppstå stor slitasje ved koplingens innfesting i skuffen,
og det kan derfor være hensiktsmessig å anordne utskiftbare bolter som forløper på tvers av skuffen og sette koplingen fast til disse isteden-for til åpningens kanter.
Claims (3)
1. Hurtigkopling, særlig for tilkopling av en gravemaskinskuffe til en gravearm (l) av den art der det parallellt med gravearmen for-løper en aksialt bevegbar stang (2), f.eks. stempelstangen til en hydraulisk sylinder som kan bevirke en svingning av skuffen, karakt-
r i s e r t ved to i forhold til hverandre sammenhengslede låsearmer (3,6 og 16,17) på hvilke det er anordnet utad rettede haker (4,7), hvilke låsearmer (3,6 og 16,17) er dreibart opphengt i armens (1) og den aksialt forskyvbare stangs (2) ytterende på en slik måte at hakene (4,7) kan beveges fra hverandre ved eh aksial bevegelse av gravearmen (1) og/eller stangen (2), for fastlåsing av hakene (4i7) under kantene (14,15) i en åpning (12) i skuffen (13).
2. Hurtigkopling ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at den ene låsearms (3) ender er leddbart forbundet med gravearmens (1) og den aksialt forskyvbare stangs (2) ytterende og at den andre låsearmen (6) er leddbart forbundet med den første låsearm (3).
