Description
Anordning ved element for rulledeksel.
Oppfinnelsen angår et element for rulledeksel, særlig for anvendelse for lukkning av en åpning i et kjølerom og lignende.
Rulledeksler med hule metallelementer er foreslått. Slike rulledeksler har en betydelig øket stivhet og styrke overfor tidligere rulledeksler samtidig som det er lett å betjene og har lang levetid, men de har den store ulempe ved anvendelse for lukkning av kjølelagre eller kjølekjøretøyer på grunn av stort varmetap gjennom elementene.
Hensikten med oppfinnelsen er å unngå denne ulempe.
Dette oppnås ifølge oppfinnelsen ved et langstrakt metallegeme med to hovedflater, av hvilke den ene er forsynt med et lag av isolerende skumplastmateriale, og den andre er forsynt med et lag av mikrocellulært elastomerisk isolasjonsmateriale.
Skumplastmaterialet kan med fordel være festet til metallegemet ved hjelp av forankringsorganer som rager ut fra metallegemet. Metallegemet kan også være utformet som et hullegeme hvis hulrom opptar skumplastmaterialet. Metallegemet er fortrinnsvis ekstrudert av aluminium. Det elastomeriske isolasjonsmateriale kan med fordel påføres ved sprøyting.
Noen utførelseseksempler på oppfinnelsen skal forkla-res nærmere under henvisning til tegningene. Fig.l viser et tverrsnitt gjennom en første utførelses-form av et element ifølge oppfinnelsen. v Fig.2 viser på samme måte en modifikasjon av elementet på fig.l. Fig.3 viser på samme måte den nedre og øvre ende av elementene på fig.l og 2 hengslet til hverandre i et rulledeksel. Fig.4 viser et tverrsnitt gjennom en tredje utførelse av et element ifølge oppfinnelsen. Fig.5 viser på samme måte et element som er noe modi-fisert i forhold til elementet på fig.4.
Elementet på fig.l viser et ekstrudert aluminiumlegeme 1 med tre langsgående ribber 2 som er forsynt med forankringsorganer 3 ^ or å holde på plass et lag polyuretanskum 4 med forholdsvis stor spesifikk vekt. Skumlaget 4 har en gjennomsnittlig spesifikk vekt på 0,16 - 0,5 (fortrinnsvis 0,3 - 0,4) og en K-verdi på ikke mere enn 0,4.
Aluminiumlegemet 1 har en øvre og nedre flens 6 resp.5, av hvilke flensen 6 er forsynt med et svalehalespor 7 for å oppta en tetningslist 13.
Skumlaget 4 er dannet i en form med en plan flate 8 og trinnformede endevegger 9 °6 10.
Den andre side av aluminiumlegemet 1 er forsynt med et lag 11 av fleksibelt mikrocellulært polyuretanelastomer som er sprøytet på og som har en K-verdi på ikke mere enn 0,45*;Elementet på fig.2 har samme form som utførelsen på fig.l med unntagelse av den nedre endeflate 6a. Denne endeflate er forsynt med en utsparing 12 som opptar en tetningslist 15 som er beregnet på å tette den nedre kant av en åpning som skal dekkes ved hjelp av rulledekslet. Fig.3 viser hvorledes elementene er forbundet med hverandre ved hjelp av hengsler 14. Hergalene er fortrinnsvis anbrakt før påsprøytningen av laget 11 som etterpå kuttes bort i området av hengslenes svingeparti. Fig.4 viser et element hvor aluminiumlegemet er gitt eskeform med en" bunn 20 med sidevegger 21 og 22 og en midtribbe 23 mellom hvilke det forsenket er anbrakt et lokk 24 ved hjelp av skru-er 25. Sideveggene 21 og 22 er avtrappet, idet sideveggen 22 er forsynt med et svalehalespor for å oppta en tetningslist 27 av neopren. ;Inne i hulrommet er det anbrakt polyuretanskum 28 med liten tetthet. Skummaterialet har en gjennomsnittlig spesifikk vekt på 0,02 - 0,1 (fortrinnsvis 0,03 - 0,05). Den ytre flate av lokket 24 er dekket med et lag 29 av fleksibelt mikrocellulært polyuretanelastomer som er påsprøytet på samme måte som laget 11. ;Elementet på fig.5 er lik elementet på fig.4 med den unntagelse at den nedre sidevegg 22a har samme utformning som den nedre sidevegg på fig.5 og er beregnet på å dekke den nedre kant av åpningen som skal lukkes med rulledekslet, idet sideveggen 22 har en utsparing 30 som er forsynt med etl tetningslist 31*
Claims (4)
1. Anordning ved element for rulledeksel for kjølerom og lignende, karakterisert ved et langstrakt metall-legeme (1 resp. 20-25) med to hovedflater, av hvilke den ene er forsynt med et lag (4 resp. 28) av isolerende skumplastmateri-ale, og den andre er forsynt med et lag (11 resp. 29) av mikrocellulært elastomerisk isolasjonsmateriale.
2. Anordning ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at skumplastmaterialet (4) er festet til metallegemet (1) ved hjelp av forankringsorganer (3) som rager ut fra metallegemet.
3. Anordning ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at metallegemet (2o-25) er utformet som et hullegeme hvis hulrom opptar skumplastmaterialet.
4. Anordning ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved
at det elastomeriske isolasjonsmateriale (11 resp.29)er påført ved sprøyting.
