Abstract

Se describen tabletas revestidas por compresion que comprenden al menos una sustancia biologicamente activa en el revestimiento y el nucleo, opcionalmente, que comprenden diferentes sustancias biologicamente activas en el revestimiento y nucleo. Los metodos para producir las tabletas revestidas por compresion tambien se describen, metodos usando un punzon superior con un eje hueco que contiene una varilla movible con una punta que se extiende o retrae cuando la varilla se mueve dentro del eje. Cuando la punta se extiende, el punzon superior se disena para producir comprimidos en forma de taza de material de revestimiento, cuando se inserta en un troquel. El material de nucleo se inserta en cada taza.
