Abstract

Provided herein is a method for producing a tablet comprising ibuprofen, which is simple and inexpensive compared with that of the prior art. A tablet comprising ibuprofen is made by compressing an ibuprofen powder or ibuprofen containing particles as tablet powders, wherein more than 70 wt% of said ibuprofen powders are composed of ibuprofen particles having 75~1000 μm in diameter. Also provided herein is a method for producing a tablet comprising ibuprofen, which is characterized by compressed molding of tablet powders, wherein said tablet powders are made by adjusting ibuprofen powders or ibuprofen containing particles so that more than 70 wt% of said ibuprofen powders are composed of ibuprofen particles having 75~1,000 μm in diameter.
