Abstract

Acero inoxidable martensitico con un contenido de C de 0,01 a 0,1% en masa, un contenido de Cr de 9 a 15% en masa y un contenido de N de no mas de 0,1% en masa, siendo el contenido de carburos dentro de los anteriores limites intragranulares de los granos de austenita en el acero no mayor que 0,5% en volumen, y siendo la longitud maxima de los carburos en el acero de 10 a 200 nm en la direccion del eje mejor, o siendo la relacion ([Cr] / [Fe]) de la concentracion media de Cr [Cr] con respecto a la concentracion media de Fe [Fe] en los carburos en el acero no mayor que 0,4, o siendo el contenido de carburos de tipo M23C6 no mayor que 1% en volumen, el contenido de carburos de tipo M3C es de 0 , 01 a 1,5% en volumen, y el contenido de nitruros de tipo MN o nitruros de tipo M2N no mayor que 0,3% en volumen. Este acero inoxidable tiene elevada tenacidad a pesar de un contenido de C relativamente elevado y elevada resistencia, proveyendo de esta manera un amplio campo de aplicacion para el material de tubos para pozos petroliferos que contienen dioxido de carbono y muy pequenas cantidades de sulfuro de hidrogeno, en particular para pozos petroliferos que tiene gran profundidad.
