Abstract
El derivado ergolina que tiene la formula (I) en donde R1 es un átomo de hidrogeno o un grupo alquilo C1-4; R2 es un átomo de hidrogeno, cloro o bromo, metilo o un grupo alquiltio C1-4; n es 0.1 o 2; el substituyente a la posicion 8 en una configuracion alfa o beta, Het representa un anillo heterocíclico aromático de 5 miembros, dicho anillo tiene 3 heteroátomos, el cual es el mismo o diferente y el cual se selecciona a partir del grupo que consiste de átomos de azufre, oxígeno y nitrogeno y X es un átomo de hidrogeno, cloro, bromo o fluor, o una sal de adicion farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo, se activa al nivel del sistema nervioso central. También se describe un proceso para su preparacion, así como sus composiciones farmacéuticas del mismo.
