Abstract
La invencion se refiere a derivados de aminotiazol de formula (I) en la que R1 y R2 idénticos o diferentes representan cada uno independientemente un átomo de halogeno; radical hidroxialquilo C1-C5; alquilo C1-C5; aralquilo C7-C10; alcoxi C1-C5; trifluorometilo; nitro; nitrilo; grupo -SR en el que R representa hidrogeno, radical alquilo C1-C5 o radical aralquilo C7-C10; grupo S-CO-R en el R representa un radical alquilo C1-C5 o aralquilo en el que la parte arilo es C6-C8 y la parte alquilo es C1-C4; un grupo -CONR'R" con R' y R" tal como se definieron anteriormente para R'; un grupo -NR'R" con R' y R" tal como se definieron anteriormente para R'; un grupo -CONRaRb o -NRaRb en los que Ra y Rb constituyen con el átomo de nitrogeno al que están ligados un heterociclo de 5 a 7 cadenas; o un grupo -NHCO-NR'R" con R' y R" tal como se definieron anteriormente para R'; R3 representa hidrogeno o es tal como se definio anteriormente para R1 y R2; R4 representa un átomo de hidrogeno; alquilo C1-C5; halogeno; grupo hidroximetilo; o grupo formilo; R5 representa alquilo C1-C5; grupo formilo; R5 representa alquilo C1-C5; grupo cicloalquilo es C3-C7; grupo cicloalquilo en el que la parte cicloalquilo es C3-C7 y la parte alquilo C1-C5; o alcenilo de 5 a 6 átomo de carbono; n representa cero o uno; R6 representa alquilo C1-C5; alcoxialquilo en el que las partes alquilo son C1-C5; cicloalquilo C3-C7; grupo cicloaquilo en el que la parte clicloalquilo es C3-C7 y la parte alquilo C1-C5; radical cicloalquiloxialquilo en el que cicloalquilo es C3-C7 y la parte alquilo C1-C4; radical hidroxialquiloxialquilo en el que los alquilos son C3-C12; Z representa un grupo aromático o heteroaromático bi- o tricíclico opocionalmente sustituido; sus estereoisomeros y/o sus sales de adicion.
