Abstract
La presente invencion incluye un procedimiento continuo para producir gránulos detergentes altamente activos y de alta densidad, que consiste esencialmente de los siguientes pasos: preparar una mezcla en un mezclador de alta velocidad, siendo preparada la mezcla a partir de componentes alimentados en al mezclador que consisten esencialmente de los siguiente: de aproximadamente 15% a aproximadamente 35% de un ácido de agente tensioactivo anionico seleccionado a partir de ácido alquibencensulfonico y ácido alquilsulfurico y mezclas de los mismos; de aproximadamente 5% a aproximadamente 65% de un mejorador de detergencia de fosfato seleccionado a partir de polifosfatos y pirofosfatos y mezclas de los mismos; y de aproximadamente 10% a aproximadamente 65% de carbonato en partículas seleccionado a partir de carbono de sodio y carbono de potasio y mezclas de los mismos, siendo la cantidad de carbonato por lo menos 2 veces la cantidad teoricamente necesaria para neutralizar al ácido de agente tensiactivo anionico; aglomerar la mezcla del primer paso en un mezclador de velocidad moderada; con lo cual el ácido de agente tensioactivo anionico seleccionado a partir de ácido alquibencensulfonico y ácido alquilsulfurico y mezclas de los mismos; de aproximadamente 5% a aproximadamente 65% de un mejorador de detergente de fosfato seleccionado a partir de polifosfatos y pirofosfatos y mezclas de los mismos; y de aproximadamente 10% a aproximadamente 65% de carbonato en partículas seleccionado a partir de carbono de sodio y carbono de potasio y mezclas de los mimos, siendo la cantidad de carbonato por lo menos 2 veces la cantidad teoricamente necesaria para neutralizar el ácido de agente tensioactovo anionico; aglomerar la mezcla del primer paso en un mezclador de velocidad moderada; con lo cual el ácido de agente tensiactivo anionico es neutralizado por el carbonato, y los gránulos detergentes resultantes tienen una densidad global de más de aproximadamente 550%g/l y un contenido de agua de menos de aproximadamente 7%.
