Abstract

La primera preparacion farmacéutica percutánea de la presente invencion comprende un material base, uno o más ingredientes activos seleccionados dentro de un grupo que consiste de 3-quetodesogestrel y sus 17-ésteres y/o uno o más ingredientes activos seleccionados dentro de un grupo que consiste de 17- beta-estradiol y susésteres. La segunda preparacion farmacéutica percutánea de la presente invencion está compuesta de una capa de soporte y una capa base adhesiva laminada sobre una superficie de la capa soporte en la que la capa base adhesiva comprende un adhesivo, uno o más ingredientes activos seleccionados dentro de un grupo que consiste de 3-quetodesogestrel y sus 17-ésters, y/o uno o más ingredientes activos seleccionados dentro de un grupo que consiste de 17- beta-estradiol y susésteres. Las preparaciones farmacéuticas percutáneas de la presente invencion son fácilmente producidas y fácilmente utilizadas y liberan percutáneamente 3-quetodesogestrel o sus 17-ésteres, y opcionalmente, 17- beta-estradiol o sus ésteres uniformemente durante un período prolongado de tiempo a través de la piel con queratina. Por consiguiente, las preparaciones farmacéuticas percutáneas de la presente invencion pueden ser usadas eficazmente para la contracepcion y también para aliviar síntomas de los transtornos de la menopausia, osteoporosis, emeniopatía, etc..
