Abstract

Un método para impregnar un producto plástico con una capa de superficie de material resistente al desgaste y duro que comprende el proporcionar una placa de soporte, teniendo una forma deseada y además teniendo una capa de adhesivos sobre por lo menos una parte de la misma; introducir una pluralidad de partículas comprendiendo un material resistente al desgaste y duro sobre la capa de adhesivo; fraguar el adhesivo como para anclar las partículas sobre la placa del soporte; colocar la placa del soporte dentro de la cavidad de molde; introducir un material de polímero dentro de la cavidad; exponer la hoja y el material de material resiste al desgaste y dura; enfriar el molde y remover la hoja del soporte del mismo.
