Abstract
En el presente documento se describen emulsiones y productos alimenticios basados en emulsiones. También se proporcionan métodos para preparar emulsiones y productos alimenticios basados en emulsiones. Las emulsiones y los productos alimenticios basados en emulsiones contienen proteína de base vegetal y fibra de base vegetal.
