Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para separar una molécula de interés de un agente antiespumante en un caldo de fermentación que comprende dicha molécula de interés y dicho agente antiespumante. El método comprende las etapas de filtrar el caldo de fermentación a una temperatura en el rango de 1°C a 15°C por encima del punto de turbidez del agente antiespumante, y de este modo obtener una primera fracción del caldo de fermentación que comprende la molécula de interés y una segunda fracción del caldo de fermentación que comprende el agente antiespumante, en donde el agente antiespumante es un agente antiespumante a base de polialquilenglicol. La invención además se refiere a un proceso para purificar una molécula de interés a partir de un caldo de fermentación que comprende dicho método.
