Abstract
Se proporciona un sustrato monolítico estructuralmente estable, adecuado para proporcionar una estructura de captura de dióxido de carbono para eliminar el dióxido de carbono del aire, que tiene dos superficies opuestas principales y que tiene además una pluralidad de canales longitudinales que se extienden entre las dos superficies opuestas principales y se abren a través de las dos superficies opuestas estructuralmente. sustrato monolítico estable; y un revestimiento macroporoso, adherido a las superficies de las paredes interiores de los canales longitudinales, que comprende un revestimiento adherente formado por partículas mesoporosas compactas y unidas, cada una de las cuales está formada por un material que es compatible con el material que forma la estructura del sustrato subyacente para adherirse al mismo cuando está recubierto.
