Abstract

La tubería de acero inoxidable sin fisura de alta resistencia para pozos petroleros de conformidad con la presente invención tiene una composición química que contiene, en masa, C: 0.002 % a 0.05 %, Si: 0.05 % a 0.50 %, Mn: 0.04 % a 1.80 %, P: 0.030 % o menos, S: 0.0020 % o menos, Cr: más de 14.0 % y 17.0 % o menos, Ni: 4.0 % a 8.0 %, Mo: 1.5 % a 3.0 %, Al: 0.005 % a 0.10 %, V: 0.005 % a 0.20 %, N: 0.002 % a 0.15 %, Ti: 0.002 % a 0.020 % y O: 0.006 % o menos, satisfaciendo expresiones relacionales predeterminadas de Cr, Ni, Mo, Cu, C, Si, Mn y N, siendo el resto Fe e impurezas incidentales. La microestructura de la tubería de acero incluye una fase de martensita tal que la fracción de área de la fase de martensita es del 70 % o más. La concentración promedio de Ti en inclusiones que tienen una longitud de eje mayor de 2 ?m o más es del 10 % en masa o más. La tubería de acero tiene un límite elástico de 758 MPa o más.
