Abstract
Se proporciona una composición que facilita la ingesta suave y eficaz de un alimento que contiene fibras dietéticas insolubles abundantes, incluyendo una parte no comestible, través de la mejora en su textura y sabor; una composición, caracterizada porque comprende: un compuesto de partículas finas que comprende fibras dietéticas insolubles y una grasa/aceite, en donde la composición satisface los siguientes (1) a (8): (1) la composición comprende una parte comestible y una parte incomible de un material alimenticio, en donde una proporción en peso seco de la parte incomible/(la parte comestible + la parte incomible) es 1% o más y 80% o menor, (2) la composición comprende las fibras dietéticas insolubles a un contenido de 0.1% en masa o más, (3) un contenido de partículas finas es de 2% en masa o más y 98% en masa o menor, (4) un contenido de grasa/aceite total es de 10% en masa o menor, (5) la composición comprende agua a un contenido de menos que 20% en masa, (6) un diámetro modal después de la ultrasonicación es 0.3 µm o más y 200 µm o menos, (7) (área de superficie específica por unidad de volumen después de la ultrasonicación [m2/ml])/(tamaño de partícula mínimo después de la ultrasonicación [µm]) es de 0.1 o más, (8) (área de superficie específica por unidad de volumen antes de la ultrasonicación [m2/ml])/(área de superficie específica por unidad de volumen después de la ultrasonicación [m2/ml]) es de 0.1 o más y 0.99 o menos.
