Abstract

Se provee una unidad automatizada y sistemas de almacenamiento en frío para almacenar, monitorear y mantener una provisión de productos farmacéuticos sensibles a la temperatura y/u otros productos en cumplimiento con requerimientos regulatorios. La unidad contiene un arreglo de ubicaciones de sujeción independientemente accesibles para contenedores con productos en una o más zonas de temperatura controlada equipadas con sensores de temperatura. Las unidades incluyen un lector para seguimiento de información y estado de productos. El movimiento de los productos dentro de la unidad es llevado a cabo mediante un robot controlado por computadora. Un dispositivo de interfaz de usuario, preferiblemente en comunicación con un Proveedor de Servicios de Aplicaciones para proveer la gestión de inventario gestionada en forma remota y otros servicios, provee al usuario con acceso seguro a los contenidos de la unidad y a los datos e información del producto asociados.
