Abstract

La presente proporciona un método para la generación y almacenamiento de datos de artículos fabricados en un lote de artículos fabricados que reduce los requerimientos de almacenamiento de datos. El método puede abarcar los siguientes pasos: generar un identificador único para cada artículo en la línea de producción, el identificador único comprende detalles de producción y un contador de valores de un contador incremental; asociar una línea de producción a cada artículo con el identificador único correspondiente o a una versión cifrada del identificador único; leer por lo menos algunos de los identificadores únicos asociados con artículos en el lote de los artículos para proporcionar una lista de lectores de identificación, en donde por lo menos algunos contadores de valor incremental no están en la lista de lectores de identificación; generar una pluralidad de rangos de lectores de identificación, cada rango comprende un número de lectores que tienen detalles de producción en común, y un contador de valores secuencial; y almacenar la pluralidad de rangos de lectores de identificación que tienen detalles de producción en común como un registro de datos en una base de datos electrónica, el registro de datos único comprende detalles de producción y una indicación de cada uno de los rangos del contador de valores secuencial.
