Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un proceso para producir un recubrimiento multicapa sobre un material compuesto reforzado con fibra, que comprende las etapas de (i) aplicar una composición de imprimación sobre el material compuesto reforzado con fibra para formar una capa de imprimación y al menos parcialmente secar la capa de imprimación, (ii) aplicar una composición de capa base sobre la capa de imprimación para formar una capa base y al menos parcialmente secar la capa base, (iii)(a) aplicar una primera composición de capa de barniz 1 sobre la capa base para formar una primera capa de barniz 1 y curar las capas formadas en las etapas i., ii. y la primera capa de barniz a una temperatura de al menos 80 °C y posteriormente aplicar una segunda composición de capa de barniz 2 sobre las capas curadas de ese modo para formar una capa de barniz 2 y curar la capa de barniz 2 a una temperatura de más de 25 ºC a menos de 60 ºC durante 10 a 40 min seguido opcionalmente por curar la capa de barniz 2 a una temperatura de al menos 80 ºC; o (iii) (b) aplicar directamente la composición de la capa de barniz 2 sobre la capa base para formar una única capa de barniz 2 y curar la única capa de barniz 2 a una temperatura de más de 25 ºC hasta menos de 60 °C durante 10 a 40 min seguido por el curado de la capa de imprimación, la capa base y de la capa de barniz 2 a una temperatura de al menos 80 °C. La invención se refiere además a un material compuesto reforzado con fibra recubierto con un recubrimiento multicapa, obtenible del proceso antes expuesto.
