Abstract
Se proporciona un método para producir envases que contienen un producto lácteo fermentado para distribución ambiental. El método comprende proporcionar (101) un precursor de producto lácteo, procesar (102) el precursor de producto lácteo para generar el producto lácteo fermentado a través de un producto intermedio y dispensar (103) el producto lácteo fermentado en los envases para distribución ambiental. El procesamiento (102) comprende: realizar, en el precursor del producto lácteo o el producto intermedio, untratamiento final (102A) para la destrucción de microorganismos; y agregar (102B) al precursor del producto lácteo o al producto intermedio, después del tratamiento final (102A), un cultivo especializado que está libre de bacterias que consumen lactosa y que comprende bacterias productoras de ácido láctico que consumen al menos un tipo de azúcar distinto de la lactosa, de modo que el producto lácteofermentado en los envases comprenda un cultivo bacteriano vivo procedente del cultivo especializado. El método puede implementarse mediante una disposición que comprende una secuencia de estaciones configuradas adecuadamente.
