Abstract
Procedimiento del producto obtenido a base de arroz crudo mezclado con ingredientes tales como aceite de oliva virgen extra, verduras, mariscos, pescados y carnes, en el que se establece un método de cocinado para la obtención de un precocinado, que lo caracteriza por su rápida y fácil terminación para el consumidor, que consiste en su cocción en un microondas en 8 minutos.
