Abstract
Proporcionar un material de terminal estañado con alto efecto de prevención a la corrosión y baja resistencia de contacto, una terminal formada a partir del material de terminal y una estructura de terminal de extremo de cable eléctrico que usa la terminal. Se proporcionan un material base 2 hecho de cobre o aleación de cobre, una capa de zinc 4 hecha de zinc o aleación de zinc formada sobre el material base 2, y una capa de estaño 5 hecha de estaño o aleación de estaño formada en la capa de zinc 4: en un total de la capa de zinc 4 y la capa de estaño 5, una cantidad de estaño por unidad de área es de 0.30 mg/cm2 a 7.00 mg/cm2 ambos inclusive, una cantidad de zinc por unidad de área es 0.07 mg/cm2 a 2.00 mg/cm2 ambos inclusive, un porcentaje de contenido de zinc en una vecindad de una superficie en la capa de estaño 5 es 0.2% a 10% en masa ambos inclusive, y una proporción de longitud de límites de grano de ángulo bajo ocupados en una longitud total de límites de cristal en la capa de estaño 5 es del 2% al 30% ambos inclusive.
