Abstract

Se divulga un miembro prensado en caliente que puede exhibir una tensión de rotura muy alta después del prensado en caliente tan alta como TS: 1780 MPa o más y excelente resistencia a la fractura retardada después de soldadura por proyección mediante el ajuste de manera apropiada de su composición química y su microestructura de tal manera que por lo menos 5 precipitados a base de Ti que tienen un tamaño de grano de 0.10 µm o menos están presentes en promedio por 100 µm2 de una sección transversal paralela a una dirección del espesor del miembro dentro de un intervalo de 100 µm en una dirección de espesor desde una superficie del miembro, una fracción de volumen de martensita es de 95% a 100% dentro de un intervalo de profundidad de 20 µm a 100 µm en la dirección del espesor desde la superficie del miembro, y por lo menos 10 granos de cementita que tienen un tamaño de grano de menos de 0.20 µm están presentes en promedio en un grano de austenita previa.
