Abstract

Una lámina de acero de alta resistencia contiene, en % en masa C: 0.12% a 0.40%, Si: 0% a 0.6%, Mn: más de 0% a 1.5%, Al: más de 0% a 0.15%, N: más de 0% a 0.01%, P: más de 0% a 0.02%, S: más de 0% a 0.01%, y tiene una estructura de una fase de martensita, en donde una región que tiene un valor KAM (Valor de Desorientación Promedio de Grano) de 1º o más ocupa 50% o más, y una resistencia a la tracción residual máxima en una región de capa de superficie desde una superficie hasta una posición a una profundidad de 1/4 del grosor de la lámina es 80 MPa o menos. Como resultado, la lámina de acero de alta resistencia sobresale en resistencia a la fractura retardada de la superficie de extremo de corte y el material base de lámina de acero.
